Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our stores.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads and closing agreements with customers to drive sales growth
  • Processing renewal payments and ensuring timely payments from customers
  • Maintaining showroom floors by physically handling merchandise and ensuring a well-organized store environment
  • Building relationships with customers and vendors to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Additionally, you will:

  • Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions and ensure seamless store operations
  • Participate in deliveries when a driver is not available

Requirements include:

  • 21 years old (18 in Canada) with a valid state driver's license and DOT certification (U.S.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with two years of college or previous management experience
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm
  • Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
