Job Summary

We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Pediatric ICU RN to join our team for a 13-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and active registration in the state of employment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Pediatric ICU or a similar critical care setting.
  • Knowledge of pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and/or pediatric basic life support (PBLS) certifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $68.50-$81.50 per hour, depending on experience and shift length. The total estimated weekly compensation is approximately $2,943-$3,240 based on 36 hours of work per week.
