Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Shop Worker to join our team at Closet Factory - Baltimore, MD. As a Cabinet Shop Worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing and installing custom storage shelving systems, including custom closets, home offices, garages, pantries, and bookshelves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run equipment and handle parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Prepare each job for quality and accuracy before sending it to the client's home.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Interact with computer-controlled equipment and PC software.
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers to meet production goals.

Requirements:

  • Basic hand tool experience.
  • Some woodworking experience is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and use power tools.
  • Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to interact with coworkers and computer-controlled equipment.
