Key Responsibilities:

Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ensure accuracy of lot information. Complete daily Machine Batch Record (MBR) paperwork. Maintain organized and timely paperwork. Clean and service the machine and surrounding area. Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure product quality. Transfer bulk materials to the machine. Conduct periodic and scheduled quality assessments. Report any machine malfunctions, quality issues, or high spoilage rates to management. Follow directives and tasks assigned by supervisors. Provide assistance to production and the Quality Assurance Department as required. Meet production standards during the pack-off process. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications:

Desired Skills and Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to follow instructions from management. Mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English. Capability to stand for 8–10 hours during shifts. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
