Job Title: CT Technologist I

Job Specialty: Adult CT Scan

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night - 3x12 - 7 pm - 7 am, Saturday to Monday

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Entry-level

License: Must meet applicant eligibility requirements for CT Certification within 12 months of hire date

Certifications: ARRT Certification, BLS (CPR) current upon hire

Must-Have: Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program in cardiovascular or radiologic technology

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services.
  • Perform imaging procedures to aid in diagnosis, care, treatment, and surveillance of conditions.
  • Ensure high quality and efficient patient-centric care and support services.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and care team members to meet clinical outcomes.
  • Operate and utilize specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment.
  • Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure all elements are completed and documented.
  • Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting.
  • Perform quality control checks, equipment cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
