Position Summary: The Housekeeping Services Worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in designated areas to ensure client satisfaction. Duties may vary based on specific client needs and location requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment, adhering to OSHA and XENDELLA regulations.
  • Ensure a clean and organized space to promote health and safety.
  • Properly clean and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment.
  • Perform cleaning tasks to meet XENDELLA and client standards.
  • Manage waste disposal according to procedures and transport waste to designated areas.
  • Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Secure the facility by following lock/unlock protocols as required.
  • Safeguard company and client assets.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items frequently.
  • Must adhere to basic safety procedures due to potential physical risks and exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation Schedule:

  • Weekly Pay on Fridays via Direct Deposit.
