We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at West Boca Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- One year of recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, preferred.
- Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS, PALS, & NRP required.
