Clinical Supervisor RN Recovery Room/Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Recovery Room, part-time position. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities and a strong background in nursing care.
About the RoleThis role requires a highly motivated individual with 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nursing department associates, providing patient care when needed, and guiding employees under your supervision.
The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and current RN license in the State of New Mexico. Additionally, they must be certified in BLS through the American Heart Association and obtain ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing department associates and provide patient care when needed
- Guide employees under your supervision to achieve high-quality patient care
- Maintain ongoing shift leadership and operations of the clinical department
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in the State of New Mexico
- BLS Certification issued through the American Heart Association
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served
- 3 years relevant experience
This role involves working irregular hours, exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays, and various unpredictable situations. You must be able to handle emergency situations, prolonged standing, and have good physical fitness.
