This role offers a unique opportunity to work on multiple projects, collaborating closely with site superintendents to optimize labor, equipment, and subcontractor utilization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing schedules for subcontractors, receiving and inspecting materials, completing QA/QC checklists, submitting materials for approval, responding to general questions, preparing official project documents, generating project reports as needed, maintaining backup documentation, finalizing close-out quantities, proposing and negotiating extra work, and supporting special projects within the project management function.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in civil, electrical, or industrial construction. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Viewpoint, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility and adaptability. Travel may be required on a flexible schedule for extended periods, depending on project needs.
