Responsibilities:- Assess and coordinate patient care, including respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring patient needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- RN licensure by the KY Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer from a non-ICU area.
- At least one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
