Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, greet students, handle inquiries, and pitch our music programs.
  • Special Projects: Work on special projects, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Front Desk Experience: Minimum 2 years of working in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain accurate records.
