Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Valet Parking Coordinator to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our valet parking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current parking situation and develop a comprehensive valet parking plan to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Operate from the main entrance driveway and offer valet parking services to patients and visitors.
  • Park and/or provide assistance in parking vehicles for patients and visitors.
  • Stop vehicles requiring valet parking and request patient identification and estimated time of departure.
  • Secure drivers' keys at the valet booth.
  • Maintain parking control and monitoring in designated parking lots, promptly responding to alerts and emergencies.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of our clients, considering fluctuating vehicle quantities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing valet parking services, preferably in a medical or healthcare facility.
  • Knowledge of parking control and monitoring procedures.
  • Ability to handle and secure keys, issue claim checks, and maintain the security of parked vehicles.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and visitors.
