Principal Architect

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Architect to lead our architectural team in the development of complex projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of architects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Professional degree in Architecture or other approved qualifications;
• Registration as an architect in West Virginia or willingness to pursue out-of-state registration(s) as required;
• NCARB Certification Preferred;
• At least 3 years of experience as a registered architect;
• Strong design skills and proficiency in Autodesk products and other CAD software;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to understand, develop, and communicate design concepts quickly;
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and laws;
• Experience in project management and construction administration;
