InfraHire is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator.


Role Summary:
As a Cost Estimator within the Design Services division, your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly analyzing architectural blueprints and client requirements.
  • Accurately preparing designs, drafts, and cost estimates for assigned projects.
  • Ensuring timely and precise completion of all project tasks.
  • Meticulously reviewing all plans and specifications prior to generating quotes.
  • Acting as the main liaison between clients and the organization for designated projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ongoing commitment to enhancing knowledge in refrigeration and the commercial refrigeration field.
  • Ability to address customer questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
