POSITION SUMMARY

The People Strategy Partner is integral in aligning human resource strategies with the broader business goals of the organization. This role involves providing strategic HR guidance, collaborating with leadership, and spearheading initiatives that enhance workforce performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, bringing expertise in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning, while also being a proactive executor and innovative problem solver. Experience in manufacturing settings is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic partner to various departments, providing coaching and advisory support to both staff and executive management.
  • Utilize both strategic and tactical perspectives to inform and implement people-related decisions that drive sustainable organizational success.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and conflicts while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Guide organizational structure and career development initiatives to ensure alignment with key business objectives.
  • Support talent management and workforce planning efforts to enhance overall business effectiveness.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives by offering expertise in change management and communication strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training content, enhancing learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Lead development initiatives, including workshops focused on collaboration, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
  • Serve as a mentor for Talent Acquisition specialists.
  • Assist leaders in navigating change and promoting a culture of adaptability.
  • Encourage a workplace culture that prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably with a background in manufacturing and corporate environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • A creative problem-solver with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and systems.
