Patient Care Specialist

As a Patient Care Specialist at Providence Health & Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Under the supervision of the bedside RN and charge nurse, you will facilitate a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and providers. - Assist with patient care activities as assigned by the RN and charge nurse.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements- National Provider BLS certification.
- 6 months of healthcare experience.
- Coursework or training in medical terminology and successful completion of a hospital medical terminology test within 90 days of hire.
