Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address behavioral health concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address behavioral health concerns.
  • Conduct clinical research and contribute to evidence-based practices, staying up-to-date with current research findings.
  • Provide addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification required.
  • Proficiency in psychopharmacology and understanding of medication management.
  • Experience working with adults, with knowledge of behavioral health theories and interventions.
  • Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and its application in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to conduct clinical research studies and stay up-to-date with current research findings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling sessions.
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of systems theory and its application in a clinical setting.
  • Understanding of addiction counseling principles and techniques.
