Job Summary:
Staff Today Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- A valid and current RN license issued by the state of IL.
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
- Proficiency in the English language for effective communication with patients and healthcare staff.
