Maintenance Director

Niagara Bottling is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and machinery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
• Direct and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.

• 6+ years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Niagara Bottling offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
