About the Role
Netflix is a leading entertainment services company with a global presence, serving over 190 countries with a wide range of TV series, films, and games. As a key member of our Corporate Treasury team, you will play a critical role in managing our capital structure, financial risk, and cash and banking activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for global treasury operations, providing support for cash forecasting, liquidity, and reporting.
- Oversee and manage bank accounts, including the formation of new entities, dissolutions, and closures.
- Liaise with banking partners to make informed decisions on products and services that support best-in-class treasury operations.
- Provide treasury expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, including AP, Payroll, Tax, and Finance Operations.
- Collaborate with local production-facing Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams on treasury-related services.
- Assist with data validation and reconciliation to improve treasury dashboards and reporting.
- Administer and train business partners on online banking systems and products as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics.
- CTP certification a plus.
- 5-8 years of global experience in treasury operations at a multinational company.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with international banking products and services.
- Incredible attention to detail and ownership of business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
- An annual salary with a range of $210,000 - $500,000.
