Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Support various departments, including stocking, receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in company initiatives, such as promoting special events and programs, and engaging with customers to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Gain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on store promotions, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Retail experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment.
  • Cashiering skills and experience with handling money and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to pass food safety training courses and certifications.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, taking direction and following through on tasks and responsibilities.
