Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Reliant - Seattle Medical Post Acute Care. The ideal candidate will have a current Washington license and at least two years of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in LTC SNF.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and making a significant impact in the healthcare community. They will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a LTC SNF setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current Washington license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • At least two years of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in LTC SNF
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical and TB Records
  • Tdap/Flu vaccinations and Titers
  • MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
