Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technologist

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Aspira Women's Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results. Your primary responsibility will be to perform and report laboratory tests, as well as maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and report laboratory tests, including blood counts, chemistry tests, and microbiology tests
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results
  • Document and report any issues or concerns related to laboratory equipment or test results
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
  • Medical Technologist certification or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
