Wound Care Specialist, Physician, and Advanced Practice Provider - Remote Opportunities
AmeriWound is seeking skilled Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers from various specialties to deliver exceptional wound care services in long-term care environments.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly rounds at assigned facilities within your designated area.
- Diagnose patient conditions through physical examinations and telemedicine consultations.
- Physical requirements include prolonged standing and walking, bending, kneeling, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Perform necessary medical procedures, including debridement.
- Collaborate with facility clinical staff on patient findings and treatment plans.
- Provide patients with clear information regarding their diagnoses and treatment objectives.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR - APRIMA using the company-provided laptop.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- MD, DO, PA, or CRNP credentials.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in your state.
- DEA registration.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with facility staff and patients.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation with a keen attention to detail.
