About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team at Aladdin Temp-Rite. As a Mold Setter, you will be responsible for performing mold and die changeovers, machine process startups, and control adjustments under the guidance of a Process Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mold and die changeovers with supervision and guidance of Process Technician.
  • Responsible for machine process startups, control, and adjustments under guidance of Process Technician.
  • Perform part assembly, pack out, or housekeeping when regular duties are not needed.
  • Work with Process Tech to perform preventive maintenance tasks on Injection machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality standards and accurate counts of production records, safety, and housekeeping in work area.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools, fasteners, and moving mechanical parts.
  • Ability to read and understand simple prints/drawings pertaining to finished products.
