Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Jobot. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities planning, building codes, and regulations. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facilities department, including supervising staff and coordinating workflows.
About the Role:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of the facilities department.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Overseeing construction and design projects to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Inspecting facilities and approving renovations, maintenance, and installations as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of facilities planning, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Technical expertise in electrical, HVAC, and high voltage systems.
