Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Monitor and report patient status, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current MA RN license required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years critical care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred.
