About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Grafton Integrated Health Network. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic and counseling services to our students, promoting their cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized therapy plans to address their cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional development.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as implement activities and experiences that promote student growth and development.
- Collect and record data on student progress, and evaluate their achievements and progress in quarterly progress reports, discharge summaries, and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with supervisors, academic peers, and other Grafton staff to ensure compatibility of instructional formats and management procedures for each student.
- Provide clinical supervision to non-licensed therapists and assist them in developing an action plan for pursuing licensure.
Requirements:
- Masters or better in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist (or License eligible for Therapist I).
- 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling services and therapy.
