Job Description: As a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host at Hyatt Place, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality guest service and teamwork standards. Your primary responsibility will be to create an unforgettable experience for our guests by offering them a larger-than-home experience with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with guests
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have prior cleaning experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
