Leasing Manager

Harbor Group Management Company is a leading real estate investment and property management firm seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a leasing plan to attract new and retain current residents. This includes supervising leasing staff, providing manager with leasing and renewal information, and ensuring all notices and move-ins are accurately recorded in our MRI system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a leasing plan to meet or exceed occupancy goals
• Supervise leasing staff and provide guidance on leasing and sales techniques
• Provide manager with leasing and renewal information for monthly reporting
• Ensure all notices, move-ins, and traffic are accurately recorded in our MRI system
• Plan and implement leasing promotions to attract new residents
• Review guest cards and ensure property follow-up
• Responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conventional multifamily apartment leasing
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent sales and customer service experience
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Superior lead management skills
