Job Description

In this role, you will develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child, promoting their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

We offer a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address the developmental needs of young children, including their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff

Requirements:

  • Degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Extensive experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
