Job Summary

iManage is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our global IT organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, installing, administering, and optimizing our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to support business applications and ensure high performance.
  • Maintain and enhance the MECM environment to support modern desktop management co-management with Intune.
  • Support the design and implementation of Intune / Azure mobile device management with SCCM and Office 365 / Exchange hybrid environments.
  • Develop and implement security policies, device compliance, and troubleshooting modern device management (MDM) issues in Intune.
  • Perform day-to-day monitoring of private and public cloud, VM, and container vulnerability management systems and scans.
  • Manage and maintain all endpoint-related TVM systems, including asset, scanning, vulnerability, and EDR.
  • Collaborate with asset owners and the business for timely remediation of threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Customize reports on assessment findings and summarize to facilitate remediation tasks for various teams.
  • Build and maintain TVM SLA & KPI tracking tools to ensure team and company compliance.
  • Interface with infrastructure and other teams throughout the organization to provide high-quality, low-friction security operations services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in technical support/networking environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Intune configuration and troubleshooting experience with Azure/Intune and co-management.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills with conditional access policies management in Intune.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot day-to-day operations, perform monitor and tune system performance, and provide administration, configuration, installation, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrable experience understanding security for both private and public cloud environments.
  • Experience using one or more major market-leading vulnerability management solutions, such as Rapid 7, Qualys, or Tenable.
  • Hands-on management of endpoint solutions from a leading supplier, such as Microsoft Defender.
  • Firm understanding of and experience with DevOps, SRE, and SDLC methods, tooling, processes, procedures, and security needs around them.
  • Proven knowledge of cloud development and common cloud architectures.
  • In-depth operating system experience, including Windows Server, CentOS/RedHat, and Debian/Ubuntu.
  • Definite understanding of PKI & encryption technology, especially SSL/TLS.

  • Knowledge and proficiency in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and related technologies.
  • Microsoft Teams rooms device management.
