We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Associate Personal Banker to join our team. As a Bilingual Associate Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking customers, building relationships through proactive outreach, and proposing appropriate products and services to help customers succeed financially.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products and services.
- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.
- Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs.
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
- Provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customers.
- Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
- 6 months of interacting with customers' experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
- Must take and pass required language assessment.
- Maintains cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
- This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
