We employ ASE Certified Technicians to ensure our customers' vehicles are running at their best. As a Senior Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to MAP guidelines and company repair standards.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $52,500 per year, with the potential to earn up to $65,000 annually based on performance. Our competitive bi-weekly pay ensures you receive fair compensation for your skills and experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Automotive Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing vehicles according to your level of certification and experience
  • Performing complex repairs and heavy-duty tasks
  • Explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including store managers, service consultants, and customers
  • Recommending services necessary to maintain customers' vehicles in good condition, documenting recommendations in customer files
  • Following all safety procedures and reporting concerns to your supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience required; ASE certifications may be accepted in lieu of experience
  • Ability to demonstrate proper use of computerized equipment for diagnostics
  • Valid driver's license in the state of work (out-of-state licenses must be transferred within 30 days of hire)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school experience preferred
