Geisinger Health System is seeking an Obstetrician and Gynecologist to join its team at Geisinger Women's Health Northeast in Scranton, PA.

Job Summary:

Geisinger Health System is a premier tertiary medical system on the east coast, serving the northeast and central Pennsylvania regions. We are recruiting OB generalists to join our team at Geisinger Women's Health Northeast in Scranton, PA.

Job Duties:

  • A balance of obstetrics and gynecology
  • Large group of providers consisting of 10 physicians and 21 advanced practitioners
  • See 15-20 patients per day
  • 24-hour laborist coverage
  • Midwives available 12 hours per day
  • Teaching opportunities available

Position Details:

  • Competitive straight salary model linked to quality and value versus productivity measures
  • $60,000 forgivable recruitment loan
  • Excellent benefits package, including Malpractice & Tail coverage
  • A 5% employer contribution to 401(k) plan, 9% over certain wages
  • Generous CME
  • Relocation assistance

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)

Certification(s) and License(s):

  • Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
