Fitness Sales Representative

About HOTWORX Omaha
HOTWORX is a 24-hour, Infrared Fitness Studio where members do workouts inside Infrared Saunas, led by Virtual Instructors. We offer 12 different workouts + A functional training area with dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes & MORE. Our unique workouts combine the benefits of heat, infrared energy, and exercise to provide a comprehensive fitness experience that helps our customers achieve their goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the studio, provide assistance, and answer any inquiries they may have.
- Actively contribute to our Social Media platforms, including, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell HOTWORX memberships, packages, and retail products to potential and existing customers through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate IR training programs based on their fitness goals, abilities, and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that the studio is presentable at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of HOTWORX products and services.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales goals, customer retention goals, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Conduct studio tours for potential customers, showcasing the benefits of HOTWORX workouts and the boutique style fitness studio.
- Proactively follow up with customers to build relationships, provide assistance, and encourage their fitness journey.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, inputting customer data, and processing transactions accurately.
Staffed Hours
- Mon-Thurs: 11am-8pm
- Friday: 9am-6pm
- Saturday: 11am-4pm
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; we will provide comprehensive training.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with customers and build rapport.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
