Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll work closely with your manager and customer site supervisors to promote and sell television services to hospital patients. You'll provide direct support to patients, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate system problems to the service team when needed.
Core Tasks:- Introduce television services to new hospital patients, coordinate setup, and collect service fees.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, reboot systems as needed, and report equipment problems to the Service Department.
- Maintain accurate records of deposits and sales following company policies.
- Follow up with patients for service renewals and train them on system usage.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail sales, cash handling, or roles involving money transactions is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and dependability.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
- Flexible schedule, including weekend work based on customer site needs.
- Ability to be mobile throughout the hospital during shifts.
