Job Title: Assistant Store Manager-Spirit-HU
About the Role:
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in the successful operation of a Seasonal Store. This includes staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, and teardown of the store
- Assist in maintaining Guest Services and developing staff
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profitability goals
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Flexible schedule required
- Prior retail management experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
