Position Overview:
A client is in search of a skilled E-Commerce Business Analyst to join their team. This role is integral to the US Sales Order Management division, focusing on the enhancement and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
EDI Management:
- Oversee and manage salesforce cases related to EDI inquiries, modifications, and enhancements, adhering to established protocols.
- Lead the remediation process for idocs, utilizing business process expertise to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide guidance in decision-making and escalate complex requests to the EDI Business Lead as necessary.
Project Support:
- Assist in EDI implementations for new clients and modifications to existing setups, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with external partners to conduct end-to-end testing for both inbound and outbound transactions.
Metrics Management:
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards that reflect the digital capabilities of order management (including EDI, SFDC, JJCC, SOM).
- Troubleshoot any discrepancies and work with regional and global teams to develop new metrics as required.

Qualifications:

- Experience in metrics development is advantageous.
