Job Summary:
Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg- Cardiac Telemetry team. This is a full-time night shift position that requires a proactive and collaborative team player who can provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
