We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IOP Therapist to join our team at Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapies to patients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide support to patients and their families during times of crisis
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in the field
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and experience working with children and adolescents
  • LCPC or LCSW licensure preferred
