Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Equinox in Boston.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates instruction to clients, building a strong client base, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Instruction
    • Develop and deliver customized Pilates programs for clients to achieve their fitness goals
    • Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to create effective training plans
    • Instruct private, duet, and semi-private Pilates sessions
  • Business Development
    • Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and marketing efforts
    • Work with our Pilates Manager to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Studio Operations
    • Ensure the studio and equipment are clean and well-maintained
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus
    • A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education
  • Skills and Experience
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
