As a Travel Nurse RN Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a Trauma setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience working in a Trauma setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- 36 hours per week
Pay Package:
The pay package for this assignment is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
