  • Leadership and Coordination: Monitor and lead the activities of the CNC machine team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines and other related equipment, ensuring that all operations are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resource Management: Manage the procurement of tools and supplies, as well as monitor usage to prevent waste.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve machine-related issues, working closely with management, engineering, and programming teams to ensure effective problem-solving.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members on the effective operation of CNC machines, as well as other shop equipment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, using data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all team members adhere to company safety policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • CNC Machine Operations: Proficient in the setup and operation of CNC machines, with a strong understanding of machine shop practices and procedures.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of standard precision measuring instruments, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work specifications.
