We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optometric Technician to join our team at LensCrafters, a leading optical retailer in North America. As an EyeCare Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality optometric services.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients promptly and answering phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Optometric Care: Ensure all patients receive the highest quality optometric care, including pre-examination testing, contact lens ordering, and proper submission of invoices.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate good product knowledge, taking initiative to accurately describe the features and benefits of various lenses and frames.
• Store Operations: Maintain a safe working environment, ensure visual displays are in accordance with company guidelines, and respond quickly to changes in store promotions.

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, knowledge of current fashion trends, strong communicator and listener, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical is preferred.
