Job Summary:
This is a full-time position working days in our state-of-the-art cath lab. As a Cath Lab Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and delegate care touchpoints for your patients.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, coordinate, and delegate all care touchpoints for patients
- Explain procedures to patients and their families as appropriate
- Maintain a safe environment for everyone
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and work alongside physicians to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Monitor and engage with patients, families, and appropriate care team members concerning significant events, patient condition changes, or patient questions and concerns
- Ensure continuity of care, efficient throughput, consistent communications, and an exceptional experience for every patient

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
