We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on support for IT infrastructure devices, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and user permissions.
  • Perform maintenance and support for company hardware and software.
  • Optimize and configure workplace devices, including laptops and desktops.
  • Provide on-site desktop services at designated locations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Conduct proactive maintenance to reduce downtime of supported devices.
  • Utilize remote control tools for efficient troubleshooting and support.
  • Manage incidents and service requests for individual users and VIPs.

Supported Devices:

  • Desktops and laptops
  • Apple Mac OS for remote connectivity
  • Printers and related equipment
  • iOS and Android devices for mobile management

Supported Software:

  • Enterprise software as part of the standard workplace image
  • Assist with audio/visual equipment setup and maintenance
  • Ensure functionality of A/V technology and perform minor repairs
