Responsibilities:

  • Sell into existing and prospective large, engineering-based professional contractor firms based on balanced account packages.">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for growth.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to customer needs and issues.">
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.">
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.">
  • Promote Steiner Electric Co's products and services at industry events and conferences.">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred.">
  • Minimum 3+ years outside sales experience.">
  • Prefer knowledge of electrical wholesale industry.">
  • Proficient in remote selling environment skills.">
  • Able to work successfully within a firm that cultivates long-term customer relationships.">
  • Able to communicate effectively with corporate functional departments.">
  • Comfortable selling to multiple levels of management.">
  • Successful with extended sale cycles.">
  • Familiarity with Customer Relation Management database tracking concepts.">
  • Proficient in internet searching and company intranet use.">
  • Competent in data mining techniques through electronic database resources.">
  • Familiar with supply chain logistics and issues.">
