Staff Finders Technical is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) while driving impactful engineering projects. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive benefits package. In this dynamic role, you will lead sustainment engineering projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), conduct safety risk assessments, and design and develop tools to enhance workplace safety. You will also be responsible for initiating and implementing process improvements, documenting all processes and tooling, and liaising with engineering and production teams. To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, as well as demonstrated experience in process design and documentation. Proficiency in technical tools specific to engineering functions and familiarity with Lean principles, Six Sigma, and other industrial methodologies are also essential.
