About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Admissions Representative. As a Career Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling qualified students into our cosmetology program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective students to discuss career opportunities and enrollment requirements
- Conduct student interviews and assessments to determine eligibility for our program
- Present career opportunities and provide guidance to students throughout their education
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve recruitment goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide students with relevant information and support
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or Career School diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
